Ring Resizing
ROCKRUSH offers a free ring resizing within the first 120 days of receiving your ring. we can resize most of our desings and we always try our best to accomodate all resizing. Rings with diamonds going all across the band and full eternity rings cannot be resized due to diamonds preventing us for doing so. We can however, resize the ring bigger in size, in most cases we can only increase the ring size by 1/2 a ring size. For resizing a ring smaller in most cases we can only resize by 1 ring size. Side Stone Replacement
ROCKRUSH offers a one-time complimentary side stone replacement within the first 120 days of receiving your ring. This offer excludes shipping fees and does not apply to loss of stones due to unintentional damage or normal wear and tear.
Centre or Side Stone Tightening
ROCKRUSH offers complimentary centre or side stone tightening at your request after purchase. This offer excludes shipping fees.
Complimentary Ring Cleaning
ROCKRUSH offers a complimentary ring cleaning service at your request after purchase. Polishing incurs additional costs. Shipping costs are excluded.
Customized Ring Engraving
Add a personal touch to your ROCKRUSH jewelry. Using either laser engraving or hand engraving, we're able to add a message or commemorative date to the interior of the ring band. You can contact us to determine your custom engraving costs when you place your order. If you have already placed your order and wish to add this service, contact us and we will add this to your purchase.
When you think of an engraving, reflect on the width of the band, font style and length of the message. If you are unsure, ROCKRUSH team is here to help guide you in the process. Please note, the width of your band may affect the readability of your engraving.
