Free FedEx Domestic & International Shipping

Rockrush offers free FedEx 2Day® shipping for all items shipped to United States addresses. Signature is required for delivery of all items. Each item is either In-Stock or Made-to-Order. Check the product details page once you've configured your jewelry to determine the Estimated Shipping Date. Once your order is completed and ready for shipment, your jewelry will ship via FedEx 2Day® for free. Expedited shipping options are available for all items at checkout. See below for details.

In-Stock Items

  • Some of our most popular items are In-Stock and ship within two (2) to four (4) business days.
  • Once your order is ready to ship, it will ship via FedEx 2Day® (U.S. addresses) or FedEx Economy (international addresses 2-5 days) at no cost to you.
  • Expedited delivery is available by choosing FedEx Priority Overnight® for an additional charge for U.S. orders. NOTE: processing your order may still take up to two (2) business days before your order ships.
  • Once your order ships, an email confirmation with the FedEx tracking number will be sent to you.

Made-to-Order Items

  • Most of our items are Made-to-Order and take approximately two (2) weeks to create and then ship to you.
  • You will be provided an ESTIMATED Shipping Date. To find the Estimated Shipping Date, check the product page, shopping bag, checkout page, and your order receipt email. Most orders ship on or before the Estimated Shipping Date, while some orders may ship shortly after, depending on manufacturing times and quality control.
  • Once your order is ready to ship, it will ship via FedEx 2Day® (U.S. addresses) or FedEx Economy (international addresses 2-5 days) at no cost to you.
  • Expedited delivery is available by choosing FedEx Priority Overnight® for an additional charge for U.S. orders. NOTE: processing your order will still take up to two (2) weeks before your order ships.
  • Once your order ships, an email confirmation with the FedEx tracking number will be sent to you.
  • Electing FedEx Priority Overnight® will not affect the time that it takes to create and process your jewelry order.

Shipping Policies

  • We require a signature for delivery of all orders.
  • We will ship only to a physical home address or business address. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
  • Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order is placed for security purposes.
  • Once an order is placed, we are unable to re-direct the package to an alternate address for any reason.
  • FedEx will generally make three (3) attempts to deliver your package. After the third attempt, it will be delivered back to Rockrush. We will contact you to determine next steps.
  • Risk of loss and title of the item passes to you, the customer, upon our delivery to the carrier.
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather, carrier delays, incorrect address, or updated address information.

To ensure our customers receive the best possible experience when shopping with us, our content is translated into local languages, and all pricing is converted into local currencies. All pricing on our international websites is Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means that the price you see is all-inclusive of the price of the item, as well as any applicable duties and taxes. Plus, we'll ship your order free of charge, and even offer free returns for 30 days. You won't have to worry about unexpected fees or charges at checkout.

  • We only offer one option: Express Delivery.
  • We ship to all locations in HK. However, we do not ship to any P.O. Boxes.
  • The shipping charges may vary depending on where you live in HK.

  • We gladly accept returned items, provided it is UNWORN and within 60 days of receipt.
  • Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  • Once the returned items are accepted, we will refund the return shipping cost back to you.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be UNUSED and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Ring Resizing

  • We provide free ring sizing for the first 60 days; provided the design allows.
  • Eternity rings or bands with lab grown diamonds going all around it cannot be resized.
  • We can resize the ring bigger in size by maximum 1/2 ring size; provided the design allows.
  • For resizing a ring smaller we can only resize by a maximum of 1 ring size; provided the design allows.

Please Note

  • All original packaging and tags have to be intact.
  • The original shipping costs paid by you to receive the items are non-refundable.
  • Once a request is accepted for the return of an order, we will refund the cost of the item back to you.
  • Your return and refund will be processed within 7-21 working days.
  • We only exchange items within 60 days of purchase.

Follow these steps to complete your return

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.

  • Enter your email address, order number, product name, and reason for return.
  • Once you have contacted us for your return, we will send you an email with further instructions on how to proceed in order to return the item.
  • We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • On delivery of the product, we mail you the receipt. When you return an item, we request you to include the original receipt inside the box.
  • Please ensure your name, phone number and email are filled out and visible on the receipt.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. we cannot refund what we haven't received
  • We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Please ensure you receive a proof of postage from the Post Office when you ship the item back. This is so we can track the return and that we have received the items.
  • We will check through the item to ensure that everything is according to our return standards.
  • We will e-mail you and refund your amount if and when approved.

Late Or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Our Returns Policy

  • We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet our conditions; in the case that such items are returned, we will send these items back to you.
  • All amounts will be refunded to your original payment method only.
  • We will only accept returns that are sent using our preferred return procedures.
